Energy healing works with the vital life force, or the energy that runs through everything. As a result of trauma, or life events ( life in our modern society) our vital energy can become blocked within our physical bodies. Energy work aims to heal and unblock our energy centers where they are stuck.
Energy work is proven to be affective on mental, physical and spiritual aspects of our being. it is an all-encompassing approach to health and wellness working with our own energetic composition to provide deeper healing and freedom.
Energy work is something which we all have the capacity for, We are energetic beings , therefore it is simply a learning to utilize our own, most natural instincts. THE SPACE offers hands on energy work and healing sessions, and coaching on how to work with our own energies and developing the tools to unblock our own energetic centers.
THE SPACE can also work with you to balance your masculine and feminine energies which are equally present in every human being for a more well-rounded way of being and navigating our modern world.
